Здравствуйте, к сожалению у меня нет возможности брать реальные данные, а то, что указано на графике, это данные стандартного индикатора RSI. Он от чести (в грубой форме) имеет практически такие же показания. Это единственный индикатор, который я использую.

А RSI, на данных какой площадки смотрите Московская биржа спот today или форексные данные типа от investing.com?

RSI стандарный 14 (количество периодов) , поле цены close? или другие параметры RSI?

Стандартный, но предупреждаю, что это чисто утрировано показывает, а не реально. Что бы реально видеть сентимент нужны данные с биржи.

Да в обычном терминале МТ4.

oil was $10 a barrel; now it’s fashionable. But there is a far
more fundamental aspect of economics that the bulls are
ignoring.
High prices provide incentives. Free markets always
offer alternatives. Natural resource limits have never
limited progress; they have only directed it.
So there are both short-term and long-term forces,
working slowly perhaps but relentlessly, against an everrising
oil price. It is not impossible for the world to go dark
or for people to revert to the Stone Age, but it wouldn’t
occur because of economic forces on oil prices; it would
occur because of politics and war, the main immediate
forces of setback in human history.

Я не знаю английский, машинный перевод ни слова о сентименте не выдает, а седеть переводить самому очень сильно лень.
